I've seen a similar NVIDIA driver bug under different circumstances. The bug triggers when there's a hardware scan. See if you can get the bug to trigger after restarting the graphics driver by using Device Manager (right-click on anything and choose "Scan for hardware changes"). To work around the bug, try adding an CEA-861 extension block. You don't have to put anything in it. If that doesn't work, do you have GeForce Experience installed? Try uninstalling it. I remember GeForce Experience would trigger a hardware scan when it starts. Samsung Magician is another program that triggers a hardware scan. |
