Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)

Unfortunately, however, NVCP still shows the 3840x2160 option under "Ultra HD, HD, SD" options. Also, Windows still reports 3840x2160 as the maximum resolution available under Display Settings. I simply cannot remove that option, no matter what I do (I have tried to CRU as Administrator as well). Even after reboot.

Is there a second extension block?
