When a monitor won't display its native resolution, the solution is not adding a custom resolution. There's no point in adding a resolution that the monitor already defines. The problem is your GPU does not support the bandwidth required. You need either DisplayPort 1.2 or HDMI 2.0. UHD620 does not support HDMI 2.0, so you need to use DisplayPort.
