Gray just means CRU can't edit it, but it's not disabled. The HDR10+ data block is a vendor-specific data block, so I don't have any information on how to decode it. There doesn't seem to be anything useful to edit anyway. The first 5 bytes are basically the header which indicates it's an HDR10+ data block, so that only leaves 1 byte of actual data, which is probably just a version number.
