Normally 144 Hz screens already include 120 Hz. If not, the screen might not support 120 Hz with standard timing parameters. Normally "Automatic PC" is sufficient, which uses CVT-RB for most resolutions. If that doesn't display correctly, you might have to use the vertical total calculator to keep the pixel clock the same as 144 Hz: https://www.monitortests.com/blog/vertic...alculator/
