RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
Hi
Hoping there might be a solution to a very specific use case I have. I have a headless dongle that I've setup to stream from my main desktop. I've edited in some custom resolutions (1920x1200 @60 and 90hz). They obviously can be set from custom resolutions in my control panel but then then gives me desktop resolution and active resolution disparity. With CRU I've edited them in "officially" so the dongle believes it supports those resolutions - that's fine. However - because at other resolutions the dongle supports up to 120hz, if I launch something where I can't control the refresh rate manually, the dongle then resorts to 1920x1200 @ 120hz which gives me the Active and Desktop signal disparity again. Now usually I'd just delete all other resolutions and be done with it, but I still need them at times. Is there a way to just remove those higher refresh rates from that resolution itself (if that makes sense). Thanks |
