To reset all displays, run reset-all.exe and reboot. This can be done in safe mode if necessary " appears to have done the trick and i am once again using only NVCP and the Qnix monitor driver...with nvidia experience installed what did the little star by the monitor mean?....and why did i have 2 of them...i am asking questions to better understand what is happening which will lead to me not needing to bother you with stupid questions and as i will be better able to help myself if i understand what is happening instead of just blindly following instructions...also i the 2 little stars could of had something to do with windows not always seeing my custom resolutions while using CRU with nvidia experience installed and using the blank extension dat?...maybe the 2 stars by the monitor name was messing with the extension dat?. which allowed nvidia experience to course problems with the EDID? |
