Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)

Hello everybody,
I bought Samsung LU28D590DS/ZA UHD Monitor for my Clevo P150EM today.
It has Displayport 1.1 , HDMI 1.4 , as a video graphic card HD4000 and Quadro5000m.
When i plug displayport cable, i have 2640 x 1440 maximum resulation.
When i plug HDMI cable , i have 1920 x 1080 maximum resulation.
How can i increase my resulation to 3840x2160?

i did it by CRU to 3840 x 2160 but letters are too small in that case. Start button becomes 4-5mm.
