It also uses CVT-RB for TV resolutions, but it won't do that at 3840x2160 @ 60 Hz because the pixel clock is so high. I might end up adding an "LCD native" option since the CEA timing parameters for TV resolutions are the same for 30/60/120 Hz, and then "LCD standard" can use CVT-RB for 3840x2160 @ 60 Hz without affecting the "LCD reduced" option.
