The pixel clock is limited to two decimal places, so it's not always possible to get an exact value. Even if it's exact, there's no guarantee the hardware clock would match perfectly. Just use whatever works. "LCD native" just uses the 60 Hz "LCD standard" timing parameters because that sometimes helps with TV resolutions.
