I'm trying to figure out what you did before vs. what you're doing now. You said before HDMI-DVI and DisplayPort-DVI worked but not plain DVI, which doesn't make sense to me because they should all work the same with the patch up to 230 MHz. The 63 Hz limit doesn't make sense to me either because people usually don't see a problem until 67 Hz without the patch because of the 165 MHz pixel clock limit. What's the current limit you're seeing with HDMI-DVI? Export a file showing what you tried. Does your RX580 have a DVI port? If so, try plain DVI with the patch.
