OK Mod time then The limit seems to be taken from the monitor itself. The EPROM data on it is being read by the driver. I can see model info, serial number, and some other attributes. Why there is a 180MHz limit in there I don't know. I may try to prevent the driver from reading the data. Cut the PIN or put something on it to prevent the data from being read. I wonder if I could spoof it by putting an EPROM inside the DP to VGA adaptor. Hmmm, that would be a fun little job. If I get anywhere I'll let you know Many thanks 68k |
