In the NVIDIA control panel in the "Change resolution" section, make sure the color depth is set to 8 bpc. Then check if the YCbCr 4:2:0 color format is available.

If not, try importing this:
That's with the HDMI 2.1 stuff removed. If that doesn't work, then I have no idea.

Congratulations! Congratulations! Congratulations! ToastyX!
Big, Great Success!
Now I'm too excited and happy to try other settings but, the impossible happened to me! As You can see in the posted screenshot, after a long nightmare, the wonder happened. The active signal resolution turned into 7680 x 4320, that is 8k. With HDMI 2.0 and GTX 1660 super. It's impossibly for one whole year to work and at one time no more.
Now I'll take a while to enjoy myself and after that to investigate what in fact happened. Excuse my english.
Good luck and all the best to You! I'll come back.
However, if I try to change the frame rate from 29.97 to another one like 30, 25, 24 fps, the active signal resolution turns to 3840 x 2160 (4k). It's beyond my knowledge. It is clear that I do not master the technique in the field. I have to study a lot more but I will do it gradually in time. I still think CRU helped me.
Many thanks for this but I'd want to study this software deeper.
