RE: Higher refresh rate Dell SE2417HG
Thanks for your suggestions. The "LCD reduced" does allowed higher rate. After played it around few weeks with my GPU (ATI HD4200, not gaming here), I have found this SE2417HG has serious issue with the bleeding, it can be seen via its Paper and Warm mode setting, the top and the bottom is completely different color, it is unacceptable so I finally has to returned it for now. Looking for a 27"/32" 1440p for sale but prefer to be using dual-link DVI-D interface as the HD4200 does offer DL DVI-D with 2560x1600@60. Will the Pixel limit Patch helps for DL DVI-D to HDMI (cable/adapter) ? my GPU only offers 1440p with its DL DVI-D port (Tested it a year ago with a 24+1 pins DVI-D adapter to HDMI monitor with no good result).

Is there a way to know what is the new limit on ports (HDMI/DVI-D/VGA) AFTER Patched ?

Its good know that CRU offers more settings for monitor which I don't know about before. Excellent tool.
