In my case I was able to use 120hz with Unknown HDMI cable with LG 24gm79 but 144hz its not even listed in settings. This is on integrated GPU - Intel HD4600
The monitor is HDMI 2.0 On the other hand the LG 24MP88 - I can overclock to 72hz without any problems, only changing the refresh rate - total pixel is 178,20 mhz. Will try the HDMI 1.4 cable next week as well as connecting to GTX790 |
