1920x1200 75hz?

1920x1200 75hz?
when i try to use the software and change the refresh rate from 60 to 75 why does screen resolution go to 800x600 and i want it to be 1920x1200 at 75hz how do i fix that?

You need to provide more information. What model is the monitor? How is the monitor connected (DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort)? What video card do you have? What exactly did you change? Show me what you did. Export a file with the changes and post it here.

my monitor is a samsung s24c450 that uses a dvi port https://www.samsung.com/us/business/supp...s24c450bw/
and the only thing i change is the refresh rate from 59 to 75 and the video card i have is an pny gtx 970.

First of you should use Nvidia Pixel Patcher (just google it), it should elevate how far you can OC your monitor.

ok i did it works but now its saying Not Optimum mode Recommend 1920x1200 60hz
how do i get rid of it?

It depends on your display.
On my monitor this message disappears after few second.
If that doesn't work, install SoftMCCS and play with it, one option in there might just get rid of this message.

It depends on your display.

Skip through everything until you see all the options, then randomly press Disable/Enable or Activate.
If it doesn't work, sorry - your monitor is made by assholes.
