Whenever I try to set it at more than 60Hz the screen looses its connection to my PC and I get an error screen.
I've tried different HDMI 2.1 cables as well as different DP 1.4 cables on all of the ports on my GPU which is an PowerColor Radeon RX 7900XTX Hellhound 24GB.
I'm currently testing CRU a bit but have no experience in the application. Could someone assist me and perhaps recommend me settings that I could try to get this sorted?
The screenshot shows my current settings for the screen (default).
I don't know what you're expecting. You shouldn't use CRU to try to fix problems that shouldn't exist in the first place. What is the error screen you are getting?
"An error occurred with the device connected to the Smart Monitor". No more information other than the screen will turn off if no connection appears.

Is the computer still responding when this happens (does caps lock respond)? Does the picture come back or do you have to reboot?

Why do people that ask about stretched resolutions never seem to read or provide any information?
I'm sorry I don't really know much about this stuff man. But I got a 360hz and I want to set the resolution to 1750 by 1080 and when I watched a cru tutorial I followed all the steps and no matter what I tried it didn't let me use 360hz it was capped at 240hz.

Why are you being so vague? What tutorial? What steps? What did you try? What are you trying to do? Did you read the first post at all?

Now that you say it... Most of the time when I test the screen I adjust the Hz on the Odyssey through the settings on my other screen so that I can change it back to 60Hz if Odyssey "crashes" and everything works fine again.
But a few times my PC has actually stopped responded and I'd have to manually force it to shut down. This has mostly happened whenever I wake the PC and my monitors from sleep.

I was able to get it to work but I'm having a problem opening the game is there any way I can send you a video of what it's doing so you can give me some advice on what to do?

If the other screen is on, then the computer is fine. Does the problem happen at 120 Hz? Does the monitor have the latest firmware (2000.2)? https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support...#downloads

This is a separate issue usually caused by a driver or device not handling wake from sleep correctly. It wouldn't be the monitor in this case.

That's not something CRU by itself could cause. That's either a bug in Fortnite or a graphics driver issue. You still haven't said what you did in CRU or what hardware you have or any details at all.
