RE: Is this frame skipping ? ? ?
That looks like tearing from the browser. Try the test windowed instead of full screen.

Yes, I saw all the pics. This isn't frame skipping. Frame skipping would have gaps with fully black squares. The browser is tearing as if vsync were disabled for some reason. Try the test with Chrome.

Try the test with Chrome. thank you for pointing me in the right direction, chrome gave even worse result, but when you mentioned vsync i went to radeon settings and.... problem solved ? see screenshot at the bottom of the link i have few more questions 1. would you change anything in my CRU settings ? those are ABSOLUTE minimal working/stable settings 2. before this monitor i had AOC AG322QC4 - 144Hz and it had some horizontal lines that where mostly pronounced on blue elements in apps, website buttons, and blue windows title bar, scrollbar etc... different GPU and cable tested on this Asus monitor lines are 60% more pronounced than on AOC ![]() From 183.921Mhz to 183.935Mhz lines appear/disappear randomly, anything above .935 lines are permanent and .920 or lower they disappear permanently here are two pictures and video, i spent half a day trying to make few good pics, lines are MUCH more pronounced and visible when looking directly at the screen, the phone camera simply couldn't capture it, also on the video you can see they randomly come and go, mostly noticeable around the word "Utility" that's just on video they show up equally across whole elements https://imgur.com/a/sJNAQKo any idea how to resolve this ? 3. is there any command line that i can use to make .bat file, for one click auto load profile and restart or if i can export settings from registry and make .reg file thank you for CRU ❤️ EDIT: apparently handshake and thumbs up smilies aren't recognized on the forum |
