I'm using 10%LightBoost and 0% Contrast

Its a panel lottery. VG248 QE, XL2411T/Z And 2420T/Z all have the exact same panel (same manufacturer (AO opmetrics or something) and same part number. Unknown why the scanlines happen but its a lottery; you have to test/RMA to get one that is good.

The 2720Z uses a different panel (same manufacturer) so it isn't affected by the same scanlines problem, however you do get a 'different' (similar looking) scanlines (much more faint tho) issue if you use the vertical total tweak in blur reduction mode. The lines go away if you aren't using the tweaks (tested 100hz with 1125 (regular) vertical total (no faint lines) and 1500 with tweak (minor faint lines).

i think i will upgrade to the 2720Z, because i have now third XL2411T and everyone had/have the same "scanlines" in LightBoost, adjusting settings dosent affect anything, for now i will stick to the 144hz with AMA

No, LightBoost is a built-in function of the monitor. The monitor's color settings are not available in LightBoost mode, so you'll have to use the video card's color controls, but that doesn't work for many full screen games.

These programs work for some games:

Color Sustainer: http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?p=4758590
Color Profile Keeper: http://goebish.free.fr/cpk/

I only have a color profile for the ASUS VG248QE: http://www.toastyx.net/vg248qe-lightboost.icm

Do you mean the XL2411T or the XL2411Z? The Z model is not supported, but it has a built-in strobe function already, which can be adjusted using this: http://www.blurbusters.com/strobe-utility/

I have a 780 Ti, and to my dismay, the darned 327.23 drivers don't work with the card. I just got 3x VG248QEs and was heartbroken to not have my LightBoost. Are there any new developments on this or is this awesome hack dying for multi-monitors?

Have you tried the latest driver? NVIDIA said the problem was fixed in 332.21, but I haven't received any positive confirmation from anyone.

RE: Strobelight - LightBoost Utility for AMD/ATI and NVIDIA
Well, I have drivers from April, and the monitors seem to jump in and out of light boost mode. Since LB is a type of 3D, do I need to use a displayport to DVi converter for LB, or am I fine with 2x DVi and 1 display port?

RE: Strobelight - LightBoost Utility for AMD/ATI and NVIDIA
Hello men,
I have my new monitor (XL2411T) since today. i use a r9 280x.
I have made some tweak for the color (brightness / contrast / gamme 5 / user profile etc...)
I tried the strobelight-beta4 ----> works perfectly but .... the colors are just sooo bad.
Can someone know some good setting?
I need help with the strobelight setting ( contrast / lightboost percentage etc...) and maybe a setting for Catalyst with the color.
Thx Big Grin
