You need to be more specific. What monitors are these? How is each monitor connected? HDMI? DisplayPort? Is this a desktop or laptop? What changes are you making? Did you make the same changes on both monitors?

Im new to CRU. Im trying to create a custom 3840x2160 at 72hz for my LGTV C1 that's hooked up to my 144z computer. Im having issues though. So I changed the detailed resolution to 3840x2160 at 72hz. Next I tried to add to Standard resolution to 3840x2160 at 72hz because all the CRU tutorial videos show them changing the standard resolution to what they want to add before restarting it. But it won't let me. The numbers are in red. Heres pictures

You should really read the first post instead of following tutorials that don't explain anything and add unnecessary steps. You can't add 3840x2160 @ 72 Hz as a standard resolution, and there's no point in adding the same resolution twice anyway. Also, what you're showing can't possibly work because you deleted the extension block with data blocks required for HDMI. You're doing too many things at once. Just add a detailed resolution anywhere there is room, either in the main window or in an extension block. If there is no room, add an extension block. Then test if 3840x2160 @ 72 Hz works with your TV before doing anything else. If that works, then you can start deleting resolutions you don't need, but leave the HDMI data blocks. Hello! I have RX7900GRE and monitor (Titan Army P275MS+) with 2560x1440 320hz specs (display port v1.4).

I want to create 4:3 resolution, but AMD Adrenaline gives me errors with predefined values. I also tried other combinations, for example, 2048x1536 or 1920x1440, but every time I faced up with error.

After some time I found CRU, but I can't properly configure it. I saw messages about 4095x4095 or 655.35 MHz pixel clock limitations and DisplayID extension block usage to increase them, but I dont know which type I shoud use (CTA-861, VTB-EXT, etc).

Please, help me to configure the CRU. Thanks a lot!

Hi Toasty, I encounter this for the first time, is it normal? when disabling dsc, the block with hdmi 2.1 looks like this. If I understand correctly, when disabling dsc, all features hdmi 2.1 are also disabled, are they somehow related? Monitor msi qd-oled x28, ultra high speed certified hdmi 2.1, 48gbs port.
