If you try using vsync at 30 hz refresh rate, your game will be completely unplayable unless you're using a console controller on a console port. You're going to have at *least* 33ms of input lag just from the vsync+30 hz/30 fps alone. This is assuming vsync is on. the real input lag will probably be -much- higher. Vsync off and 30 hz with a framerate cap isn't going to be much better. And you're going to get a blurry mess when turning. Just use 60hz. There's absolutely no point at all at using 30hz or capping your fps at such a low value. |
