AMD's driver has a bug with Windows 8.1 where EDID overrides don't take effect after rebooting.
Try restarting the video driver: https://www.monitortests.com/restart.zip If that works, rename restart64.exe to restart-only.exe and put it in the Startup folder (Win+R shell:startup) to automatically restart the driver on startup. |
