Can't switch between display / gpu scaling.

I am not sure, as this is not an area where i have that much knowledge because of the rareness of problems here.

I do have lower resolutions and i can switch between the refreshrates. (1024x768@144hz for instance) and even after a reboot with these settings
i am not able to choose anything else. No matter what, it still looks like this:

As i want Lightboost with Lightstrobe, so I don't have to install the nVidia 3D-Stuff, i'm not quite sure what to do now.

I need the following settings : 1920x1080@120 (Lightboost activated), 1920x1080@144 (Lightboost deactivated) and 1440x1080@120 (Lightboost activated).

And i want to be able to get the scaling option back, so i can reduce my input lag by setting it to display scaling@no scaling.
