RE: AMD/ATI Pixel Clock Patcher
There's nothing I can do about that. There's nothing unsafe about the patch, so they'd have to whitelist it.

Is there a manual way to patch the drivers without using the sys file? That's what flags vanguard

The sys file is the driver.

RE: AMD/ATI Pixel Clock Patcher
Hello, i just created an account to warn people that Riot Vanguard does remove the patch and causes a Code 31 error, just had the problem recently and i uninstalled Riot Vanguard and then the drivers work again. Hopefully they will whitelist it.

RE: AMD/ATI Pixel Clock Patcher
This is awesome. Pixel clock patcher solved a problem I had with a displayport to dual link DVI adapter that turned out to be single link DVI. The store gave wrong information. Because of that I could not get the resolution I wanted. I need 1640 × 2016 at 50 hz which requires a slightly higher pixelclock than the maximum of single link DVI. Now I can achieve the resolution through single link DVI. Pixel clock patcher has saved me from having to buy an expensive active converter or a new graphics card and I could still use the fake dual link adapter. Using the custom resolution utility I have even been able to increase the refresh rate to 60 hz, which is not withing the monitor's spec. Thanks for making those tools available.

Sorry to report this but i found out in the 20.5.1 driver + patcher version that my constant BSOD crashes only happen with the patch applied.
I will try to test (bisect) with earlier driver and patcher versions.
