You're actually asking two different questions. Neither removes the enumerated monitors (just the EDID information), but running reset-all.exe does remove the connectivity information, which should reset the multi-monitor positioning. Have you tried running reset-all.exe to see if it does what you need?

To actually remove the enumerated monitors, you can use Device Manager and enable "Show hidden devices" in the View menu. Then you can uninstall all of the inactive monitors that are listed. This is separate from the connectivity information, so removing them might not do what you want.

Thanks. I think it is the connectivity information I need to remove, so I'll give reset-all.exe a try next time I move the towers around.

Usually TVs want the "LCD native" timing parameters for 1920x1080 @ 120 Hz, but if you've already tried all those, then it's probably a TV limitation. Have you tried YCbCr vs. RGB in the NVIDIA control panel?

Well, i can switch between RGB and 4:4:4, 4:2:2 and 4:2:0 but not YCbCr. Can i enable it from CRU?

Also i have purchased a 1.2 dp to 2.0 hdmi adapter and i will have it next Tuesday, just for discard all possibilities.

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
Hello Guys, i came here after i saw a video of digital foundry recomending this tool to use custom resolutions on PC. When the digital foundry video were release in May 2017 i follow the guides and everything works perfectly, but i tried to ude CRU yesterday and the custom resolution just doest show up in games menu anymore. I tried to downgrade my graphics driver and even make a new windows 10 installation but no success. Is there any recent changes in windos 10 or nvidia drivers that broke the CRU funcionality ?

thanks

No, nothing has changed as far as I know. Export a file and post it so I can see what you're trying to do.

I don't know what you mean. RGB is always 4:4:4, so the other options should be YCbCr. Some TVs will treat RGB and YCbCr differently. You might have to add 1920x1080 @ 120 Hz as a TV resolution in the extension block to see a difference. If nothing helps, then the TV probably disables interpolation with higher refresh rates no matter what.

Thanks for the quick reply ToastyX. I attached the file, but i basically created a new resolution of 3200x1800 and click the "restart64" application. Sometime ago this new resolution shows up inside games menus, so i could just set it and everything works. Now the new resolutions do not appear anymore. I´m using the latest nvidia driver 384.76 in a fresh windows 10 64bit install.

What TV is this? 3200x1800 @ 60 Hz requires HDMI 2.0, but the EDID you showed me doesn't have HDMI 2.0 support.

It´s a LG UH6500, but as i say. It used to work some months ago. Is there a chance that some HDMI ports on the TV are 2.0 and other don´t ? Some time ago a made some conexion changes.

That's possible on some models, but the manual for this model doesn't indicate this. You might have to turn on the "HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Color" option in the TV's settings to enable HDMI 2.0. Then run reset-all.exe and restart.exe to clear out the old settings. If HDMI 2.0 is enabled, CRU should show "(HDMI 2.0)" in the extension block list. Then you should be able to add 3200x1800 @ 60 Hz.
