RE: NVIDIA Pixel Clock Patcher
I have some test patches to try: https://www.monitortests.com/nvlddmkm-patcher-test.zip

For each one, restore from backup if necessary, then run it again to patch. If any of them make a difference, let me know which one it is.

Thanks ToastyX, I'll give them a try in the next hour or so and let you know if any of them work for me! I appreciate your work on this.

RE: NVIDIA Pixel Clock Patcher
I am pleased to be able to report that the patcher "test1" has worked flawlessly for me for about 45 minutes now, at 110hz. I'll report back later with status. Big Grin

EDIT 35 minutes later: Yep, seems rock-solid.

EDIT another hour after the last edit: Seems flawless, rebooted etc. to try that as well. I'll be leaving my PC on overnight and will edit back with the result Wink.

RE: NVIDIA Pixel Clock Patcher
That confirms that I did get the right value for the original fix, but there was another place where the limit was being assigned. I wonder if that only affects certain cards. What's weird is that code has been there since 314.22, just before the 700-series cards were released, but nobody reported any problems until now.

I've added the new limit to 1.2.3: https://www.monitortests.com/nvlddmkm-patcher-1.2.3.zip

RE: NVIDIA Pixel Clock Patcher
Hi ToastyX, Windows 8.1 officially released today and after updating, patch 1.2.3 no longer works for me (after reinstalling the patch, driver).

RE: NVIDIA Pixel Clock Patcher
The driver should be the same in Windows 8.1. What part isn't working?

It's giving me the same exact issue(see posts 164, 166, 168) I had before 1.2.3 came out. The patch goes through fine but I can't up the pixel clock past 400mhz or the screen will freeze randomly. I just tried it again to be sure and still the same outcome.
