It would be somewhere in the Intel control panel, but I don't know if it's available for CRT monitors.

The existing resolutions are defined by the monitor, so those will be available by default. I mean if you add a lower resolution, does it show up? If not, then EDID overrides don't seem to be working with your GPU+monitor.
