Here, in my country, the EDID emulators are a good portion of the cost of a new monitor, so it may be better to invest in a new screen. I plan to do that eventually. The motherboard's BIOS is definitely a culprit, and I have noticed that others having similar problems tend to be using MSI. I will submit the issue to Intel (and perhaps MSI), and hopefully, they can further polish their firmware, helping others down the line. When I'm ready, I'll buy a new monitor. Very cool to see this released — thanks for sharing, ToastyX! Having a proper tool for writing EDIDs and DisplayIDs directly is huge for testing and repair work. Appreciate the warning about the EEPROM risk too — definitely not something to mess with casually.
