I have used the patch and tool with my Radeon R9 290X and the Dell U2713HM monitor, and set it to 90Hz (I have not tried anyting higher).
There is no artifact or anything else that suggest problems, but I realised that mouse movements is LESS fluid then on 60Hz. The mouse cursor makes eratic small jumps when moved. I am unsure of the origin of the problem, is it some kind of frame skipping? Will a better dvi dual link cable be able to fix the problem? |
