I'm curious if I'm doing something wrong, or I'm just out of luck. I do have The correct monitor selected in the dropdown.
You need to be more specific. What monitors are these? How is each monitor connected? HDMI? DisplayPort? Is this a desktop or laptop? What changes are you making? Did you make the same changes on both monitors?

Desktop Machine two of these ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09K3FWMPL/?tag=mtests-20#ad ) connected via HDMI on both.

The changes are in attached image.

The computer is:
Manufacturer=LENOVO
ManufacturerSeries=ThinkCentre M920x
Model=10S10000US

I only see one HDMI port on the M920x. How are you using HDMI for both?

Tried this but no luck...

You need to make sure you have a good enough cable. If that doesn't help, it could be a monitor firmware bug or an NVIDIA driver bug.
