FACEIT can't be used with patched drivers. Removing FACEIT should allow the driver to work properly.

Does the card have a modded BIOS? Has the card ever worked?

I believe it does. it's been a LONG time since I mined with it in 17/18. Then stopped, now trying to start back up again.

Riot Vanguard or FACEIT anti-cheat will not allow modified drivers to load.

No, that's usually a hardware issue.

Valorant will not run without Vanguard.
Can someone tell me if the latest version works with the 21.10.2 drivers?

Yes, it does.
Having Gigabyte RX 460 rev.1.1 GPU, I tried to apply the Patcher 1.4.12 as admin to the latest AMD 21.12.1 driver on a Win 10 21H2 64-bit PC with all updates. It finds all the limits, but persistantly gives the error "Can't move driver file", even in PC Safe Mode when Win Defender is switched Off. If I restore the ATI WHQL driver supplied with Win 10 or install an older 2016 driver, the patcher gives another error "The driver file is too big". Cleaning GPU drivers with DDU and reinstalling any doesn't affect this error.

Having RX 460 GPU with a modded BIOS and a 4K monitor, I can't use latest ATI drivers without the patcher, since Windows blocks the card with original driver except older 2016 version, where BIOS sig check was not done. However, the older driver fails to wakeup the GPU from Win Sleep. Can the above patcher error be fixed, or any suggested permissions workaround? Does anyone know which AMD driver or Gigabyte BIOS version fixed the "No Wakeup from PC Sleep" bug (the GPU fans won't start spinning unless the PC is rebooted)?

Btw, I run the same Patcher on a clean installed Win 11 SSD on the same PC, and it patched the latest GPU driver from 2-nd attempt without any error. The 1st attempt went through OK, however when the driver get reinstalled the card was still blocked by Windows with Error 43, so the patch was apparently not fully applied despite no Patcher error.
