Yes, you can do that. The first detailed resolution is what Windows considers the native resolution, and if GPU scaling is enabled in the driver, lower resolutions are scaled to that resolution. Other refresh rates at the native resolution can be in any position. The position doesn't affect anything visually other than determining what resolution to use for GPU scaling if enabled.

At 77Hz my Pixels are kinda misalligned and after 78Hz my screen just stays black.

Radeon cards allows EDID overrides with MST hubs!
I just installed latest preview driver for Radeon cards, the one that improves DX11 performance in a lot of games, and suddenly all resolutions I've tried to add with CRU are taking. Pretty sweet!
Still have some testing to see if there are any pixel clock limits or anything like that
Soon I'll try the scaled resolution editor too, maybe that is also fixed.
Is there any way to set the bpc (8,10,12) 'Output Color Depth' setting in the resolutions created by CRU?

There's no way to set the color depth for specific resolutions. You shouldn't need to because the color depths should be available at all resolutions, if bandwidth permits. For HDMI, the available color depths are defined in the HDMI data blocks in the CTA-861 extension block. For DisplayPort, the maximum color depth is defined in the display properties ("Edit..." button at the top).

My problem is my projector supports 1080p at 12bpc, but at 1440p it only supports 10bpc. When I change the resolution from 1440p@10bpc to 1080p it gets also set to 10bpc, instead the maximum 12bpc it supports. When I change the resolution from 1080p@12bpc to 1440p it goes automatically to 8bpc, instead the 10bpc it supports.
I thought maybe CRU could help with this.
Output Bpc is a really weird setting. I can only select it in the Nvidia control panel, but it doesn't show up in the 'Custom Resolutions' you can create in the Nvidia control panel... so does that mean it is not really a setting that goes within or along each resolution? any idea how to change it apart from the cumbersome Nvidia control panel?
Hi first of all thanks for this fantastic tool, I have a PC (Nvidia) connected to an AVR (Marantz) connected to a TV (Samsung) the television can get 1440p 120hz but the AVR doesn't have this information because it's more dedicated to 1080p or 4k with your tool was possible and now I can get 1440p 120hz. But it happens that the AVR has 11 extension blocks and I only get 1440p 120hz when I delete one of the blocks I have the 4:2:0 capability map and dolby audio greyed out can I delete one of these? My language is not English I hope you understand Thank you very much.

Do you mean 11 data blocks? Why not add another extension block and add the resolution there?

I would report that as a driver bug to NVIDIA because it should use the next highest available. The color depth is not a per-resolution setting. Windows doesn't provide a way to change the output color depth, so it has to be done through the driver.
